Why sell F & I products?
  • Both Powersports dealers and customers can benefit from the coverage provided by F & I products.
  • While generating profit for the dealer, F & I products also provide protection to the powersports consumer.
  • F & I products create the opportunity for increased customer loyalty and retention.
How much dealer profit?
  • More than 50% of customers visiting the Customer Care Center buy F & I packages containing 2 or more products. The profit on these sales averages $400.00 to $600.00.
  • Based on the dealership’s unit sales volume this could mean an increase of $100,000.00 or more in annual profits.
Why are Powersports dealers so far behind in making F & I a part of their sales formula?

Put the Customer Care Center to work for you!
With the Customer Care Center the dealer sells the vehicle and leaves the rest to us. Customers are introduced to an F & I menu designed specifically for the dealer. The customer chooses the products that best fit his/her needs. The system generates a printable form confirming the customer’s selections.
How does it work?
It’s easy. The dealer selects the products he wants to sell and determines the retail prices he wants to charge. We set the dealership up with its own unique user name and passwords. Only the products and prices the dealer has selected will appear to his customers. With the system in place - a customer selects a vehicle and our automated system handles the F & I presentation for the dealer.
